The clinical practice and its theory about the different cases had always been forms to work the impasses that the clinic places to us psychoanalysts, implying not only in a deepening of the concepts as well as in a form of questioning our praxis. It has been a while that the analysts have been interpelled by patients whose dissimulates his difficulties, and underneath an apparent normality that the psychoanalysis could offer treatment, a difficulty in adjusting to the analysis, evidenced for the fact that they don’t fit to the average clinical structures.
