This text intends to review the kleinians concepts on the constituents processes of the psyche, the Oedipus complex, and precocious superego, in the analysis of the anguish, the blame and the depression. The analytical work motivates the study and research of new clinical settings, and aim at understanding the suffering of patients with frustrations, caused by internal movements, because they are unable to find courage, and they show that something is lost, or seem lost in the world inside. The psychoanalyst needs to contribute for the recuperation of the source that gives life, of the bonds with the present of the past and with the past of the present.
