This article is based on a clinic case that led the analyst into a theorical dilemma. It reflects a gap between neurosis and psychosis, the classical psychoanalytic division. It seems that the Freudian or the structuralist perspectives are uncapable of answering what we currently see in some of our clients. This article looks for new approaches that may help to deal with these issues
