Starting from general considerations about care, the author approaches the ferenczian contributions to psychoanalytical ethics, and focus the hospitality, the empathy, and specially, the analyst's health (self care), as figures on care in contemporary clinic. There is a particular prominence on the subject of negative transference in the analytical situation as a crucial moment to the analyst and conclusive to an analysis crossing.
