Resumo

This article, based on Sigmund Freud’s, Karl Abraham’s, Melanie Klein’s, Maurice Bouvet’s and André Green’s ideas about obsessive neurosis, seek to understand the conection between death instinct and the contact taboo characteristic of this pathology. It is also presented a clinic case that ilustrates several aspects related to the subject.
