This paper seeks to throw light on the issue of Psychological conditions meet by people at the house of detetion. The prison system is always object to discusssion. The authors’ objective is to offer elements from a psychoanalytical point of view, in order to enable a discussion that may be more detailed and effective, specially when the focus is a concern with the psychological conditions of prisoner.
