Abstract

Having in mind that power is weaved through the social tissue, the author asks himself what kind of investment power has to do over the body to aloud that our neoliberal society works well. To answer this question he develops the concepts of ‘social corpus’ and of ‘desire for voluntary servitude’, using as support the psychoanalytical concept of ‘body of jouissance’ to examine how our society generates violence.
