This paper is part of a chapter of the doctoral thesis “An institutional discourse analysis in dentists’ group: scenes and positions” defended at the Institute of Psychology, University of São Paulo in 2010 by Ricardo Azevedo Barreto under the supervision of Dr. Marlene Guirado. The text refers to the part of the chapter “Psychoanalysis, Psychology and Dentistry: some fundamental considerations” called “About Psychoanalysis, orality and Dentistry”, which presents some relations between Psychoanalysis and Dentistry.
