This paper is a part of thesis’ chapter called "The use of irony in obsessional neurosis: destruction and sublimation creation", defended in March 2012 at the Clinical Psychology program of the Institute of Psychology of the University of São Paulo. The text covers the first relations between destructivity and obsessional neurosis in Freud's work, while pointing some implications of the impossibility of experimentation destructivity in obsessive organization, mainly protective measures characteristics of a ritual and anal character.
