This article deals with the analysis and dissemination of therapeutic self-care demands that produces consequences in clinical psychoanalytic. The diffusion of psychoanalysis produced a Psychoanalytic Culture, even for those who challenge it, which is used as a common sense. Through observation of clinical cases and academic supervision, we hypothesized about the way of being in the world and at the analytical process with an attitude of defiance. The hypothesis is: the refusal to give up something they feel to match their uniqueness in a world full of identity mass leveling.
