The text works the adequacy of adolescents follow-up systems in France today, pointing out it is inappropriate to a group of adolescents characterized as “young people in conflict with the law”. It also shows a metapsychological point of view: the existence of two forms of violence presented by young people, relating them to some difficulties at different stages of psychic structure
