Report of a clinical case of a young schizophrenic patient presenting mainly negative symptoms that has been followed under the psychoanalytic technics. A historical report of the Family is presented as well as a description of the methods used to handle the case, showing that the creative ambient created by the professional and the patient lead to most of the aspects presented in a psychoanalytical set, including elements like transference, countertransference, resistance and free association.
