Abstract

LAZARINI, Gabriela. The contemporary malaise and some teachings about the relationship between unconscious and language. Estud. psicanal. [online]. 2015, n.44, pp. 43-53. ISSN 0100-3437.

The new forms of relationship between subjects, characterized by the potential of new technologies and the velocity of the media, bring issues to the professionals who work with subjectivity. The resulting breaking of taboos and paradigms that triggers social changes, such as alterations in the signals, codes and references from our culture places psychoanalysis in front of important challenges. Understood as a clinical tool, with theory and techniques sited in the symbolic field, where the subjective processes are inscribed, psychoanalysis may face the inefficiency of its devices when the features and particularities of the new subjects are ignored.

Keywords : Psychoanalysis; Language; Subjectivity; Contemporary; Malaise.
