Abstract

ALMEIDA, Angela Maria Menezes de. Breaking the cocoon, seizing the word and self-constituting: a path to the contemporary psychoanalytical clinic. Estud. psicanal. [online]. 2016, n.46, pp. 25-32. ISSN 0100-3437.

We start from the beginning with a clinical case, so we reflect about the contemporary analysability field, such a way as the psychoanalytical thinking can be expanded. As to lighten some contemporary psychical problematics that are shown through seemingly inaccessible patologies. On our support we use experiences of authors who dedicate themselves to the study of the so called difficult cases, mainly Frances Tustin, Donald Winnicott and Pontalis. We think about an analytical frame were the subtleties shape the contours of both patient and analyst capabilities. The building of a clinical case renews the analyst’s clinic, his ways of psychoanalytical thinking and a subjectifying path for the analysand.

Keywords : Analysability field; Psychogenic autismo; Primitive anxiety; Egoic fragility; Clinical case.
