Abstract

It is increasingly common, receive in the office, people afflicted by a depressive state of mind, immersed in a stupor of grief and pain, sometimes unspeakable. Wrapped in a mood apathetic tissue by visible wires your anhedonia, are increasingly submerged in a mantle of emptiness and hopelessness stunning. They arrive tired, with a pleading look and speech impaired between guilt that plagues his thoughts and sadness that invades their wishes. However, when coming to the analysis seeking to hold on to the last line of his desire, in order to reframe their losses to achieve out of analgesia of his emotions. In this sense, it comes in the analysis, it is this desire, draws up the unconscious thirsting to illuminate it. So it is in this scenario that embarked on clinical fragments of the story of a woman immersed in a deep sense of guilt and depression, the daughter of a schizophrenic mother and an absent father, but to dip into its analysis creates a new space to live and grow.
