Transexualities as a challenge to twenty-century psychoanalysis. Conceptualization differences between gender identity, gender expression, object choice and genital investment. Transexualities pathologization throught most explanations using structural concepts of neurosis, psychosis or pervertion. A non pathologizing understanding through denegation. Construction of core gender indentity from: primary feminility, primary femine identification, edipian complex and genital investiment. Body’s construction through language. Invocatory drive libidinizing the baby’s body. An example through the mother’s voice and gaze combined play with the child’s hands and feet.
