Abstract

CECCARELLI, Paulo Roberto. Psychoanalysis, sex and gender. Estud. psicanal. [online]. 2017, n.48, pp. 135-145. ISSN 0100-3437.

According to one author, in order to go back to the dimension of the Freudian rupture it is necessary to make a return to Freud in Freud. That is, a re-reading of Freudian text to avoid attributing to Freud things that he did not say. From then on and based mainly on theories of gender and the Queer Theory, we try to understand the new possibilities of subjectivation, and constructions of identity, when the references of the feminine began to be presented from other parameters. We also evaluate the changes in the masculine and feminine discursive forms that force us to reevaluating certain psychoanalytic assumptions such as identity constructions, the phallic-castrated binomial called “sexual choice,” opening up new possibilities for diversity and singularities.

Keywords : Psychoanalysis; Symbolic changes.
