This paper has as it’s main reflexive axis some impasses exposed through actual psychoanalytical clinic, and the challenges posed to psychoanalysts to construct new intervention approaches. Facing complex circunstances, were there is no capacity for psychical representation at the analytic setting, the psychanalytical expertise, as potency and movement, send us to clinical frames were subtleties of the analytical process give us outlines to a psychoanalytical praxis lined through sensibility. Extracts from a clinical case uphold our view.
