Abstract

The purpose of this essay is to reflect on the concept of body in Freudian psychoanalysis throughout the process of construction of psychoanalytic theory and its possible repercussions in the field of pedagogical intervention. They were considered the first writings on hysteria (1893) to the text on the Ego and Id (1923), in which the sense of body is consolidated.
