The text presents a proposal to articulate the question of desire, morality and ethics, in which the subject is inserted in his psychic reality, based on Freud from Lacanian reading in Seminar VII - The ethics of psychoanalysis. The author presents in a schematic form the constitution and the psychic functioning of the subject attached to the aforementioned questions, in order to make the non-transferability of psychoanalysis minimally transmissible.
