In this text, the author discusses the feeling of loneliness from certain angles, first with Sigmund Freud and later choosing the English school; the analytical process from the point of view of the analyst and the analysand. It makes an articulation with art and current society, raising hypotheses about the construction of less pejorative and pathological concepts for loneliness.
