In the form of a personal statement, the author discusses his cultural experience in several occasions and different countries, seeking to show how personally his cultural experience had a lot to do with the "transformations in psychoanalysis" both from a theoretical and a practical perspective. His underlying model is that used by Bion, a citizen of the world, in the words of the author, with an undeniable proposal of mental universe expansion with the aid of "real psychoanalysis".
