This article aims to discuss some majors modifications concerning process of socialization and internalization of social law. Modifications pointed both by Jacques Lacan and the Frankfurt School. This process could lead us to understand the pathologies proper to the development of what we call "non-repressive societies". It could also to sustain a critique of the utopical horizon present in the concept of "libidinal economy".
