Abstract

Having the culture as space for orientation of human beings, the space which contains the continous symbolization, the proposal is to reflect on the difficulties of creating the right and possible ambit between individual and social plan, the human rights legality, discoursing about the ethics and morals as possible guidance for this confusing space. It is rehearsed with Hegel and Freud about the complex form of being a human being. Focusing on the leaders, we consist in Ricoeur, about the ethics (on the intention of good life, for itself and in fair institutions). With Spinoza, the ethics related to the possible "good encounters" with oneself, the other and the city, supply the power of acting. Certeau helps us to establish a dimension of space for "practical and popular knowledge", as a space of symbolization for the socially unprotected ones.
