This is a study about love examined in its evolution that accompanies the mental development of man from the point of view of their phylogeny and ontogeny. From the point of view of psychoanalysis, that comprises the sum of libido manifests itself in his sexual impulsivity the first manifestation of love, this paper tries to follow the development of the manifestation of this feeling that throws the guy out of his mind toward one another. To this end, the vehicle is a study on the role of poetry in human life.
