This paper, yet unpublished, was written in 2001 following some notes for a lecture given at SBPSP that same year. It deals with two concepts from Multiple Fields Theory: a) Field, considered as an operational unconscious showing its path and the operations that uncovered it, and always used in its plural form; b) Psychoanalytic Field, the field of the field ruptures. The paper also returns the author’s work on the concept of unconscious, which is understood as the field that bears the senses presented to man and in the world - field that contains rules that the psychoanalytic method reveals, uncovers and produces through its inner action of senses rupture, or in the authors words, throughout field rupture. The paper also refers to some aspects of the Prologue of the author’s book that was about to be issued, Introduction to Multiple Fields Theory.
