This article discusses perversion in psychoanalytical clinic, underlining its logical dimension to the detriment of a psychopathological view. We would like to situate some elements that emerge on the encounter with the perverse logic as; how it adds on to clinical work and questions the analytical dispositive. The encounter with perversion convokes the analyst, in a more direct way, to considerate the question of jouissance, because the perverse, as an instrument of the Other's jouissance, denotes the existence of something beyond the desire. In the perverse position, the desire is not a cause; in fact, there is knowledge about the jouissance. The possibility of the analyst being the support of the patient's desire is hindered in, and this fact poses an ethical question. We shall approach these points based on Lacan's article Kant with Sade.
