Abstract

I intend to enhance the common origin of psychoanalysis and law in the tragic Greek theater in order to establish some possible bonds between them, as well as to propose laws deconstruction trough psychoanalysis tragic knowledge. The interest of it might be the emergence of a tragic comprehension of "human nature" which could be precious in the despetrification of the law and of the juridical practice.
