The article discusses the structure in psychoanalysis as derived from the unfoldings of the concept of the Real. It begins with the importance of the loss in Freud`s work, and then develops, with Lacan, the Real which ex-sists and which is present in the holes, betwe en the lines of the discourse. It distinguishes the unconscious structured by language from the notion of the structure in the psychoanalytic clinic, which will be confirmed through the concept of the not-all - that what has no limits, but nevertheless is not infinite. It articulates it with alterity and heterity.
