Abstract

RAVANELLO, Tiago; DUNKER, Christian Ingo Lenz  and  BEIVIDAS, Waldir. An indirect pathway towards the affect approach: libido, jouissance, scopic drive. Tempo psicanal. [online]. 2017, vol.49, n.1, pp. 9-36. ISSN 0101-4838.

The article seeks to examine certain passages of Lacan's work from which, even by indirect means, it's possible to derive points of aid for the issue of a discursive approach of affection. For this, we highlight as procedure the discussion about drive, object a, libido and enjoyment concepts in the Lacanian field as important conceptual operators for structuring an economic viewpoint in psychoanalysis no longer subjected to biological references or its possibility of reducing into a referential materiality. The analysis of crucial points of the Lacanian work for the demarcation of these concepts has resulted in the refusal by the substantialisation of libido, the drive dismantling in a circuit dimension and by the models of the scopic and invoking drive, the negative character of object a conception and the articulation between the concepts of enjoyment and signifier with the Saussurean notion of value delimit the path of the of the body semiotization through the discursive approach of the affection notion.

Keywords : psychoanalysis; affection; language.
