Abstract

RABELO, Fabiano Chagas. The beginnings of the of essay's treatment in Elisabeth's Case. Tempo psicanal. [online]. 2017, vol.49, n.1, pp. 158-179. ISSN 0101-4838.

The first sessions of the Elisabeth case are resumed in the light of the trial treatment procedure in order to bring this technique closer to a set of interventions that are now called placebo treatment. This is a reaction to a clinical impasse involving a diagnostic question from which Freud questions the patient's suitability for treatment. At the same time as it verifies the conditions for the beginning of the treatment, Freud seeks to establish a discursivity based on the unconscious knowledge. 4 axes guide their investigation: the destiny of the affections; The repercussion of the symptom on social bonds and on the ability to enjoy; The expressions of pleasure evoked by the stimulation of the hysterogenic zones and the manifestations of the repressed in the condition of formations of the unconscious. Then there is the transition from one medical approach to another, psychotherapeutic and analytical. It is proposed that this stage of treatment ends when a sequence of interpretive interventions is initiated.

Keywords : psychoanalyses; technique; essay's treatment; Elisabeth's Case; placebo's treatment.
