Abstract

SALIBA, Ana Maria Portugal Maia. Anxiety and its function in binding. Reverso [online]. 2006, vol.28, n.53, pp. 73-77. ISSN 0102-7395.

We can think that the relations between anxiety and instinctual life stands upon the "binding principle" - Bindung - that is more primitive than the pleasure principle. Passing through the second topographical theory, and with the effects of the insistence of the Real acting in the clinical work, our conclusion stands upon lacanian knots topology, and proposes anxiety as the life inside the Real.

Keywords : Anxiety; Instinct of life; Instinct of death; Binding principle; Lacanian knots topology.
