Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl, a historical document about the war and racial harassment, is also valuable as an important report about the issues of adolescence. Anne, on her one-way journey to the annexe, where she lived hidden for over two years, talked about "going into the great unknown". The unknown great Other that Anne tries to unmask, but before which she can only stand if acting. The unknown of the real of sex, which is not possible to unveil, and the unknown of the real of death, to which we cannot add anymore words, only a full stop.
