Abstract

The author presents a study of the issue of politics and its relationship with psychoanalysis. First, it emphasizes the emergence of psychoanalysis as a policy of lack-of-being, in the relation psychoanalyst-analysand (Psychoanalysis in intension). Psychoanalysis in extension comes in two faces: the relation between analysts and the analytical question, and its relation to the polis. He also presents brief considerations about those questions specifically in Brazil.
