Lacan in his Seminary The Anguish, formalizes the concept of object a, not only by the perspective of its logical and topological status, but also, highlights its corporal status. The time of anguish would be correlative at the time of fall of the object which does not let go without pain. The pain in the chest, the knot in the throut, the body giving the receipt of the pound of meet with which one pays the access to the desire. The purpose of this paper is to review the concept of anguish in the light of Lacan's last teaching.
