This article purposes to reflect on how contemporary capitalism benefits the proliferation of consumer objects which functions by covering the lack of the subject. Nowadays this would increase as consumption becomes a imperative enjoyment. As a consequence it establishes a prosperous and merciless dictatorship of the surplus-jouissance.
