This article discusses an aspect shared by the analytic treatment, the cartel and the pass, which is the subject’s relation to knowledge, crossed by the question of truth. Besides, it addresses, with Balint and Lacan, the dynamics of transference within the group processes at stake in a school of psychoanalysis, specially to what concerns the pass and the cartel.
