We will examine the dimension of transmissible and intransmissible inherent in psychoanalysis formation’s domain. We elect as methodological resource and opening key to this question the articulation between the notions of founder trauma and siderant significant, they were developed respectively by Gérard Pommier and Alain Didier-Weill. From this resulted the reflexion about inherent dificulties to the relation between the analyst’s desire and its institutional ties. We defend the importance of keeping a place of insistence in practice both clinical and institutional
