The criminalization of conducts related to situations in which children and adolescents are victims of abuses, acts of violence, sexual exploitation, do not finish in the Criminal Code, due to the fact since the Statute of the Child and Adolescents promulgation these conducts have had continuous modifications regarding this theme. The comprehension of humanity gets through comprehension and respect to childhood and Youth in their every stages. In this sense, sexual violence constitutes a form of extreme aggression, of deconstitution of this humanity.
