Abstract

WILES, Jamille Mateus  and  FERRARI, Andrea Gabriela. Clinic behind the scenes: working with parents in psychoanalytic practice of children. Psicol. clin. [online]. 2015, vol.27, n.2, pp. 103-119. ISSN 0103-5665.

The experience of the child psychoanalytic clinic brings with it the constant questioning about its obstacles and especially about the ethics of psychoanalysis in this clinic, implying the reflection on issues that are sometimes avoided, such as the presence and work with parents in the treatment. This work was built from a few questions about working with parents in child psychoanalytic clinic. Erik Porge says that the practice with children is built with the participation of third parties, which may intervene directly in the analytic scene - behind the scenes. And the analyst, what is his work with the backstage? Using three clinical clippings as triggers, we try to circumvent some characteristics of this clinic considering the notion of psychic constitution, demand and transfer. In the wake of these concepts, we bring some questions about possible interventions with those who are behind the scenes of the clinical scene: the parents.

Keywords : clinic with children; working with parents; transfer to backstage.
