Abstract

In the current scenario law, legal sentence and procedures are now emphasizing more in terms of valorization of affection, happiness and a person’s right. On behalf of these matters, a new profile of procedures is now established in a Justice which, for many people, is more humanized. Having such a juncture in mind, this article presents the results the results of a survey which examined three materials produced by instances of the justice system in 2013: the Booklet of Divorce for Parents; the Family Booklet - No to the Parenting Alienation; and the guide Count to Ten in Schools. Through the study it was possible to notice that the analyzed booklets, not only promote the management of emotions, relationship and the subject’s behavior, but also have been producing the judicialization of the current ways of subjectivation and socialization, as well as the transformation of the meaning given to daily life experience. It was possible to conclude that the expansion movement of the Justice system called humanization can, in another point of view, be consider, bias to the judicialization.
