The following article has the purpose of describing and analyzing the axes of parentality during adolescence, from the review of a clinical case. With that in mind, it proposes the analysis of parentality’s axes, emphasizing its peculiarity in the clinical exercise with adolescents and their parents, with the purpose of presenting particular elements of parentality’s axes during adolescence. In this way, the following article presents the relevance of clinical work with parents, taking into consideration their own adolescence and history, and how it relates to their parental role.
