In this article the author seeks to analyze the nature and the function of Freudian theory of transference and explore the procedural dimension of this concept. Afterwards the author makes some considerations about patients who resist to the analytical classical setting and sustain the necessity to built with type patient a trusting relationship which will allow the construction of a solid transference for the devolvement of a psychoanalytical process.
