Abstract

The article reports two papers presented in a scientific meeting in the São Paulo’s Brazilian Psychoanalytic Society. The first one consists on an investigation of the questions “clinic of compulsion”, “body” and “representation field”. The second one is a comment about the previous one, considering the issue of “the psychoanalyst place” under the light of the presented clinical examples. Furthermore, the comment approaches the first paper’s thought to Merleau-Ponty philosophy, related to the role of “the analyst presence” and to the “corporality” itself as components of the established moment of the mutual and reflexive perception of the existence of the pair. Both texts are presented as a proposal of intertextual dialogue that resulted in a third text, concentrated on the transitionality, under the light of the place of the analyst, which includes into it the psychoanalyst’s corporality.
