Abstract

This work intends to reflect on the singularity of the Freudian metapsychology transmission. Specific concerns regarding the knowledge to be transmitted are related to specific psychoanalytical findings: its nature concerning not only knowledge but also the psychoanalytical act. Among its difficulties there is the common language being capable of expressing contents from the unconscious, as well as the psychoanalyst personality is likely to be essentially compromising, demanding from the psychoanalyst the acquisition of resources to unmask his personal desires. Moreover, he must be willing to meet his personal and discursive uniqueness.
