Abstract

SOFIO, Fernanda. Literacure of hysteria: the issue of psychoanalytic literary form. J. psicanal. [online]. 2015, vol.48, n.89, pp. 93-102. ISSN 0103-5835.

Psychoanalysis can be also called Literacure, which evokes a literary feature. In other words, literacure represents the idea of producing psychoanalytic theories in a literary form. In this paper, the author presents two clinical vignettes about classic hysterical patients. However, they are written in different forms of literary narrative. The author questions: if a narrative of a vignette is not the case study in itself; if clinical facts are not accessible, but they always turn into a transformed case by interpretation; why the analyst more spontaneously does not bear this specificity of his work, and narrates his practice in different forms than the standard. The expected result is a presentation of possibilities for the clinical narrative, which even may end in the literary fiction per se.

Keywords : Psychoanalysis; literary form; Multiple Fields Theory; literacure.
