Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the importance of the history of the psychoanalytic movement in the transmission of Psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic training. The core of this discussion is the psychic transmission between generations, since the work of appropriating the legacy requires taking a position on the history. The author focus on the relationship between Freud and his earliest followers in order to think about its effects on the training of psychoanalysts.
