Abstract

MIGLIORINI, Walter José Martins. AMF Project at the Public University: a brief News. J. psicanal. [online]. 2018, vol.51, n.94, pp. 165-171. ISSN 0103-5835.

Presentation of the AMF Project at the Public University, a partnership created in 2017, between the Association of Affiliated Members (AMF) and the Service-School of the Center for Research and Applied Psychology Dra. Betti Katzenstein (CPPA)/Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP). The CPPA is a reference in public and free care on several fronts of action in Mental Health, in the region of Assis (S)P. If, on the one hand, access to psychoanalytic knowledge can be enriching for clinical psychology trainees, on the other, several affiliated members have experience and interest in academic activities. From this conjunction, the proposal arose that, every month, a member affiliate would coordinate, together with the School Service, a clinical workshop and a thematic theoretical discussion. In an informal assessment, the work contributed to the scientific training of the students and, possibly, reverberated on their practices among the low-income population. It also set forth the role that the exercise of transmission of psychoanalysis has in the very formation of the affiliated members.

Keywords : mental health services; psychoanalysis; education.
