This article collects some notes on a schizoid patient's analysis, from Winnicott's perspective. First of all, it describes the beginning of the analysis; then, it tries to define the schizoid pathology, from Winnicott's point of view. Finally, it concludes the description of the implied psychoanalytical process, characterizing, at the same time, this kind of analysis, which Winnicott called "modified analysis".
