This text attempts to identify some important issues met with in the analytical training, particularly why an expressive number of candidates do not complete the training or only complete it after a long time and at a considerable cost. It also deals with the reciprocal responsibility for the training, in other words, the responsibility both of the candidates and of the training institution.
